Jennifer Humbert, Head of Operations
Veta Health is thrilled to welcome Jennifer Humbert to the team as Head of Operations. Jennifer will use her expertise in building virtual care programs from the ground up to drive operational excellence across the organization.
Jennifer comes to us with more than 18 years of experience in leading all aspects of telehealth operations for large healthcare organizations. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President of Telemedicine at Ochsner Health, and was responsible for spearheading the development of industry-leading virtual care models that are currently in use across 70 health systems across the U.S.
In a rapidly evolving virtual care landscape, Jennifer’s strategic agility and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing hospitals and health systems will be an invaluable asset to Veta Health.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Pennsylvania State University and received both her Master of Science in Nursing and Master in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a published author, experienced public speaker, and serves as an expert on the “buy it or build it” model in telehealth and virtual care.
